@San Jose yeah I had a similar situation plus i think one of them ratted the rest of the group out. Never found out who.

With me, sis the working conditions were really bad. They used to be ok but then we got taken over by another company via a merger, so what that did is give us new management who didnt know their job and the job were doing.

This made things horrid to say the least, so we all joined a union, my wife pushed for protest but everyone was just scared so we dealt with it for a long as we could. Eventually started to leave on their own when they found something better.

The company was cocky thought everybody was a number and could replaced but when we started leaving they learned it wasnt that simple.

Eventually they had to outsource and it was still shit. They raised the pay and stayed shit. It was a stubborn problem Lol

@San Jose That just sounds like a bummer, they preferred to leave than to stay and fight? Maybe they thought that its probably better, they may of fought and not liked it.
