Yes sometimes some girls will try to steal your mans but I don’t think you should make that accusation just because they are looking at the guy. I don’t think that’s an intelligent assumption, as you never know what the person is actually thinking 🤷🏼‍♀️

What if she was staring because your mans had something stuck in his teeth or a huge stain on his shirt you never know. If someone is talking / touching that is different and something to be protective over but I would say your insecure if you're getting upset that someone just looking.
