Has anyone ever done Calisthenics? For those who are not aware, Calisthenics is a sport whereby you use your own bodyweight to do cool stuff like Planches, handstands, etc etc. It is the excerises that gymnasts use to strengthen their muscles in order to those crazy moves that they do.
I started a few months ago and omg my body is getting so so soooo much stronger.
My main goal is to be able to do a human flag albeit I expect this to take a few years to achieve. For those who practice Calisthenics, what excerises do I need to do to get stronger to be able to achieve this move? Do I just need to keep doing the basics? I am a little impatient but determined hahaha.
