@larakfrafty great point! Yeah the UK has been a proponent of this idea waaaaaay back in 2013. Way ahead of their time.

I also like @HelterSkelter respect the UK highly for this move. Because were all online at the moment. The world is more connected. With government like this, we all stand to benefit.

Internet is not cheap in alot of countries. Hopefully this will inspire other nations to do the same.
